How much does it cost to return a product/change size?

The customer must bear the costs for returning the goods except for cases where the product is damaged or faulty.

You have two options:

  • Use our label system and bring the parcel to your nearest Collection Point £4.99 will be deducted from the refund.
  • Send it by your own means with the carrier you want. The cost will depend on the transport company of your choice and will not be refundable.

* You must place a new order if you wish to receive a new product.
